What to Expect:

Report Book Collection: Receive your child’s official end-of-term report book.

One-on-One Teacher Meetings: Sit down with your child’s homeroom and subject teachers for a personalized 15-minute session to discuss their progress, strengths, and areas for improvement.

Subject Specialist Consultations: Have specific questions about Math, English, or Sciences? Our subject teachers will be available for consultations.

Goal Setting for Next Term: Work with teachers to set achievable academic and personal goals for your child for the upcoming term.
Schedule for the Day:

8:00 am – 10:00 am: Meetings for Kindergarten & Lower Primary (Grade 1-3)

10:00 am – 12:00 pm: Meetings for Upper Primary (Grade 4-6)

12:00 pm – 2:00 pm: Meetings for Junior & Senior School (Grade 7-12)

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time slot.

To ensure timely sessions for all families, meetings will be strictly kept to 15 minutes. For more complex discussions, you can schedule a follow-up meeting.
